There’s so much that Turmeric has to offer, it’s a antioxidant with properties that act as antidepressants as well. It helps boost your immunity and helps aid digestive system. It helps in boosting good bacteria for a healthy gut. So does Ginger! It has immense effects for stomach discomfort, inflammation or gastric emptying issues.

- 2 inch piece- fresh turmeric
- 2 inch piece- fresh ginger
- 1 tsp- Honey
- 1/2 lemon juice
- 1 pinch- black pepper
- 100 ml- warm water
- Wash and Clean the Turmeric and Ginger pieces.
- Slice them into chunks.
- In a blender add the lemon juice, black pepper powder, honey, Turmeric and ginger pieces and blend it to a paste.
- Add the warm water and blend again.
- Once it’s all blended in well, strain the juice into a cup and drink all at ok once
