There’s so much that Turmeric has to offer, it’s a antioxidant with properties that act as antidepressants as well. It helps boost your immunity and helps aid digestive system. It helps in boosting good bacteria for a healthy gut. So does Ginger! It has immense effects for stomach discomfort, inflammation or gastric emptying issues.

  • 2 inch piece- fresh turmeric
  • 2 inch piece- fresh ginger
  • 1 tsp- Honey
  • 1/2 lemon juice
  • 1 pinch- black pepper
  • 100 ml- warm water


Making it:

  • Wash and Clean  the Turmeric and Ginger pieces.
  • Slice them into chunks.
  • In a blender add the lemon juice, black pepper powder, honey, Turmeric and ginger pieces and blend it to a paste.
  • Add the warm water and blend again.
  • Once it’s all blended in well, strain the juice into a cup and drink all at ok once


You need to have it fresh for optimal health benefits.
